The ice rink Pranives

The ice rink is open from July to April.
Its main activity is offered by the well-known local Gherdeina hockey team (Hockey Club Gherdeina) and by the Ice club Gardena. They offer training as well as an artistic ice skating stage. Each year they organize an international ISU tournament with the best international ice skaters. In year 2011 Carolina Kostner took part to the event.

Besides the above mentioned activities there is also Broomball Gherdeina as well as various amatorial ice hockey teams. More than once the Italian international hockey team trained here.

When requested the ice ring can be rented to outside teams who'd like to come here to train. There are 4 changing rooms available.

A few days a week the rink is open to the public. Skates can be rented.
